I called JAG pools originally for a vinyl pool liner install in Nashville. I had called multiple big box stores around town and they all said they would only do 1 hour of prep work and I knew my pool needed a lot more work. I spoke with Jordan (the owner of JAG) and he came out and looked at my pool and recommended a few updates. Basically, my pool is 37 years old and the steel pool steps were rusted and the stones had washed out underneath them so they were hollow and sloping. So he recommended we remove them and put in new concrete stairs. While we were at it I asked if he could install a long pool bench in the shallow end and he said they could! We also fixed the pools main drain so that their were (2) drains instead of (1) for safety/codes. They also sanded down the rusted pool walls and treated them so they would last longer. Overall, I ended up doing a pool remodel and I’m absolutely IN LOVE with how it all turned out. JAG pools is a reputable company with very skilled craftsman, they know what they are doing and didn’t skimp on the details. I will be hiring them to maintenance my pool moving forward, good peeps!
